Lovely apartment in very central location with particularly comfortable bed.

Central location, standard of apartment & parking. Very comfortable bed and bed linen and towels provided.

No washing machine. I accept that will be unnecessary for those on very short stays, but we were there for a week and would have liked washing machine. This is minor issue though and wouldn't stop us booking this place again.

Very good

Clear communication with the manager/owner via Booking.com. All information required to check in/out was available. The apartment was perfect for the family for one night. Close to the centre. Wi-fi was good. All clean and tidy. Nice to have the car parking included (the space might be tricky if you have a large car).

The building is not exactly modern as the apartment. The elevator is quite small and old fashion. The manager requested us to remove the trash when checking out and deposit it in a bin that is two/three blocks away. I think the cleaning personnel should be in charge of that.

Extra setje sleutels zou niet overbodig zijn nu ben je steeds afhankelijk van elkaar en moet je steeds met elkaar afspreken anders komt de ander niet in het appartement En nergens een slot op niet op de wc niet op de badkamer als je met meerdere mensen er bent is dit niet echt handig

Zeer goede ligging. Je bent zo in de winkelstraat en op de dijk.

Minpuntje is misschien het stapelbed. Als je met 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen in het stapelbed ligt wiebelt en kraakt het bed wel serieus

Durchschnittlicher Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage von Oostende

Die Ferienwohnung war renoviert und überzeugte uns mit einer geschmackvollen Einrichtung. Obwohl wir zu viert reisten, bot die Wohnung ausreichend Platz. Sowohl am großzügigen Esstisch als auch auf der gemütlichen Couch vor dem Fernseher gab es genügend Sitz- und Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten für alle. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war in Ordnung, aber typisch für eine Ferienwohnung eher zu wenig vorhanden, um z.B. vernünftig kochen zu können, was wir dann auch nie gemacht haben. Die absolut zentrale Lage war ein großer Pluspunkt, da wir alle wichtigen Orte wie Strand, Stadtzentrum und Hafen bequem zu Fuß erreichen konnten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der eigene Pkw-Stellplatz, der sich durch die zentrale Lage als äußerst praktisch erwies, da öffentliche Parkplätze in der Umgebung ausschließlich kostenpflichtig sind. Zuletzt möchten wir positiv die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern hervorheben.

Ein Problem wärend unseres Aufenthalts war die hohe Innentemperatur der Wohnung. Obwohl die Außentemperaturen während unseres Aufenthalts moderat bei etwa 22 Grad Celsius lagen, zeigte das Thermometer in der Wohnung konstant fast 28 Grad an. Wir vermuten, dass dies an der Lage direkt unter dem Dach liegt, was die Wärmeabfuhr erschwerte. Das Gebäude selbst scheint aus den 1950er Jahren zu stammen, was sich leider in den Gemeinschaftsbereichen widerspiegelt. Optisch und bezüglich der Sauberkeit, insbesondere im Eingangs- und Treppenhausbereich, sollte man hier keine hohen Erwartungen haben. Während die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung größtenteils zufriedenstellend war, gab es dennoch einige Bereiche, die verbesserungswürdig gewesen wären. Der Pkw-Stellplatz befindet sich in einem größeren Parkhaus auf der dritten Etage auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite. Das Parkhaus scheint ebenfalls älteren Datums zu sein und ist, insbesondere die Auffahrten, für heutige Fahrzeuggrößen sehr eng bemessen. Die Regelung zur Müllentsorgung empfanden wir als etwas umständlich und unzureichend. Es wurde lediglich eine kleine Mülltüte bereitgestellt, die am Ende des Aufenthalts gegen ein hinterlegtes 50-Cent-Stück 350 Meter entfernt zu einer öffentlichen Entsorgungsstelle gebracht werden sollte. Für vier Personen und einen Hund war dies bei Weitem nicht ausreichend, sodass wir zusätzliche Mülltüten kaufen und eine volle Tüte auf eigene Kosten entsorgen mussten.

De locatie was top, super dicht bij de winkelstraat en maar 10 minuutjes wandelen naar het strand. De parkingplek was zeker een groot voordeel!

De lift werkt niet/ heel slecht. Het is op het 6de verdiep dus wij moesten al ons gerief de trappen opdragen.

Alles super in orde en voorzien.

Er is maar 1 sleutel voorhanden, niet altijd handig. De parlofoon deed het niet om de deur beneden te openen dus er moest altijd iemand naar beneden om de deur te openen aan de inkom.

Uitstekend verblijf! Een aanrader

Modern appartement en heel proper. We kwamen aan en waren de thee vergeten, zo leuk dat jullie dit toevallig hadden staan. We hebben ons lekker kunnen opwarmen na een flinke wandeling aan de zee (die trouwens zeer dichtbij gelegen is). Ik wil nog eens benadrukken hoe proper alles was, de badkamer zag er als nieuw uit. Ruime slaapkamers en heel fijn dat er een babybedje aanwezig was.

Prachtig sfeervol appartement op een A locatie

Fijne locatie, zeer dicht bij de grote winkelstraat en redelijk dicht bij het strand. Appartement ziet er uit zoals op de foto’s. Groot, mooi en sfeervol ingericht. Host reageert vrijwel direct op verzoeken. Al met al een fijne twee dagen gehad in Oostende.

Veel is in vorige reviews al besproken: het nummeren van de sleutels, parking is voor bredere auto’s vragen om problemen gezien het enorm krap is. (Parkeerplek zelf is heel groot). Wat we wel echt een ding vonden is: geen handzeep, erg onhygiënisch. Na het toiletbezoek erachter komen dat er geen handzeep is. Tevens was het bed van onze kleine niet opgemaakt. Niet echt een zorgeloos begin van de vakantie. Positieve noot is dat de host direct reageert voor op of aanmerkingen.
