About this apartment rental
In the heart of the Belle Epoque district and its Leopoldian Villas, this magnificent apartment with solid parquet flooring, generous armchairs, decoration combining design and aesthetics for a dream holiday in Ostend "Beach of the Kings and Queen of the Beaches", Hoofdstad van Noordzee as its Mayor proclaims.
The provision of private covered parking in the vicinity is an important plus.
Whether you are a couple or a family, you will appreciate its exceptional location a few meters from the Grande Plage, the proximity of cultural venues, Kursaal Casino, Maison James Ensor, De Grote Post, food shops, caterers, pastry shops on your doorstep. In short, the synthesis of what the art of living on the Belgian coast can represent. Not to mention the proximity of Bruges and the Flemish journey through time that the Venice of the North represents.
Finally, leaving the car in the garage, you will enjoy the legendary De Lijn tram to explore the entire coast, from De Panne to Knokke Heist, to the neighbouring Netherlands. A little nod to the painter Jan van Huysum in the pretty open kitchen, where you can cook to compete with the excellent restaurant brands that will appeal to your taste buds as soon as you leave the residence Les Courlis!
A few steps away, the Tourist Office, full of varied proposals, will complete the information already available for rent.
The linen, as it is a seasonal rental and not a B&B is optional to facilitate the travel of those who arrive by train, plane, bike etc... As your hostess is not on site, it is an industrial laundry that collects and maintains the linen of which you reserve the option if necessary. The cost per set or per person (fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase, bath towel and towel) is 20€ each. You always have mattress pads and pillowcases, 2 kitchen towels, independently of this linen option. Wifi, energy, are included in the price of your reservation. The garage is also optional and costs 10€ per night (25€ per night in city parking lots), you must request your reservation in advance.
The secure garage
The reception of a small, clean and vaccinated pet is the subject of an agreement by mutual agreement with presentation of the type of animal. A kit of adhesive or other brushes is available so that the tenant undertakes to remove all traces (hair etc...). A deposit of 200€ is requested and returned after an orderly check-out. When the tenant asks to be accompanied by his 4-legged friend, . Thank you for your understanding in order to preserve the luxurious and comfortable aspect of your holiday apartment.
Booking the secure garage is an option to be requested and costs 10€ per night. (compared to 25 in urban secure parking lots)
Please note that during the very high season, July and August, bookings only from Saturday to Saturday, i.e. and 7 days minimum. Belgian and French school holidays, All Saints' Day, Christmas, Carnival, Easter 4 or even 5 nights minimum, Spring long weekends 3 or 4 nights minimum.
Mid-weeks possible in June and September to be requested in advance.
