Nestled on a Tuscan hilltop, Belvedere Farmhouse is a beautifully restored 19th‑century villa with timeless appeal and breathtaking panoramic views over rolling vineyards and silvery olive groves.
A haven of peace and relaxation, Belvedere is the perfect place to slow down and embrace the Italian way of life. Ideal for multi‑generational families, accessible holidays, or groups of friends, the farmhouse offers both tranquillity and space while providing an authentic gateway to Tuscany’s rich heritage and natural beauty.
The Property
Originally built in the early 1900s and operated as a working farm until shortly after WWII, Belvedere Farmhouse retains much of its original rustic character. Exposed wooden beams, old stone fireplaces, and antique iron gates are seamlessly blended with modern comforts including Wi‑Fi, British plug sockets in the bedrooms, monogrammed pool towels, and an excellent ice machine—perfect for long summer evenings.

The kitchen opens onto a sun‑filled veranda and Mediterranean garden, while a more informal lounge—with a large flat‑screen TV, deep sofas, floor cushions, and a selection of well‑loved books—creates the perfect setting for a leisurely afternoon siesta.
Outdoor Living
Belvedere’s elevated position encourages guests to make the most of the outdoor spaces. Two terraces offer unforgettable views:
The south‑facing terrace is ideal for breakfast with vistas stretching to San Gimignano’s iconic towers
The west‑facing terrace is perfect for sunset aperitivi
The 12 × 7 metre swimming pool, set among olive trees, is complemented by two gazebos. A child‑safe gate and fencing provide peace of mind for families. Outdoor lighting, comfortable seating, and a high‑quality BBQ make al fresco dining a joy from morning to late evening.
Services
A friendly local housekeeper is available to ensure guests feel well cared for throughout their stay. Tailored to individual requests, she can arrange bicycle hire, winery visits, day trips, and delicious home‑cooked meals prepared with fresh local ingredients.
