It’s a beautiful comfortable house filled with antiques and modern conveniences. Bedding was excellent. Showers and bath were great. The property and area was beautiful, and filled with history.
The road going up to the house, Giancarlo was difficult to navigate due to heavy rain. It is an unpaved dirt road.

The location was perfect, so close to Siena and other charming villages nearby. Also close to the fantastic Castello di Casole. But we loved being on property too. It’s like a movie set but very authentic. Also loved the resident cats, bunnies, chickens and Monte the donkey.

The location was superb. Amazing views. Apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped. The staff were polite, friendly and very welcoming. Such a fantastic place to stay. A recommendation from friends who regularly stay here.
If I’m being super picky I would say that we could hear the other guests in the adjoining apartment.

One of the most exceptional places we’ve ever stayed. The location, the welcome, the sense of a natural environment that is so sensitively cared for. Just wonderful.
Very little. It would have been wonderful to experience a hosted dinner but we understand occupancy was low.
