About this villa rental
Large villa located at 1 km from the village of Pomaia, a medieval hamlet on the Etruscan Coast hills.
The villa can accommodate up to 24 people and, thanks to its dominating position, enjoys a stunning view over the surrounding countryside up until the sea, 12 km away.
It is enclosed within a 7000 sq m park, with a private swimming pool (12x8 m, depth 150 cm, open May-September), a private tennis court, barbecue area, and various seating areas.
The villa, 480 sq m is on 3 floors, each of which are 160 sq m.
Ground Floor: large entrance, 2 small living rooms, a large dining room, kitchen (fridge with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee machine moka type, kettle), 1 bedroom with twin beds and a two bathrooms with shower.
First Floor: large corridor, 4 double bedrooms (2 of them with an additional single bed), 2 bathrooms with shower, and 1 large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.
Attic floor: 2 twin bedrooms, 1 double bedroom with an additional single bed, and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, 3 bathrooms with shower.
Pets allowed, max 2. Baby bed (1 available)
Facilities: Wi-Fi, hairdryers (10 pieces). Laundry room in the residence nearby (150 m – coin operated).
Distances: nearest restaurant at 100 m. Food shop in Pomaia 1 km. Nearest beaches ca. 14 km (Castiglioncello, La Mazzanta). Volterra is at 48 km, Pisa 45 km, Bolgheri at 35 km. For the youngest (and not only): we suggest the water park Acqua Village in Cecina (20 km) or the Cavallino Matto amusement park in Marina di Castagneto (40 km).
