It is an excellen hotel with exceptional service. Beautiful view. not to busy, specious. Excellent all together.

I have only two remarks that impact the score: 1) the internet was not working well, even though we were situated nier the reception. 2) the brekfast was a lot but the quality was substandard. Less is more. I good quality crossant and a good capuchino is better that all tjose choices. Instead of coddee from the pot I would porpose they offer one good coffee from the baer with breakfast. It will cost almost nothing but improve the quality of the service all together.

What we liked most about the property was its small, charming and intimate beach. It never felt overly crowded, which made it a very pleasant and relaxing place to spend the day. The property itself was beautifully arranged and very well organized, with a lovely overall atmosphere. Even though the rooms were quite small, the outdoor areas were thoughtfully designed and created a cozy and welcoming environment. Another major positive was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated.

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations, especially considering the basic level of comfort we expected from the accommodation. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The mattresses were very worn out and had noticeable dips from prolonged use, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The pillows also seemed very old and had multiple hard, lumpy areas inside, which made them equally uncomfortable. The room itself was extremely small. Once we brought in our two suitcases, there was barely enough space to move around the room. The bathroom was another major disappointment: it was very old, poorly maintained, and quite dirty, as can also be seen in the attached photos. Breakfast was served only between 8:00 and 10:00 AM, which we found quite restrictive, especially while on holiday. Extending breakfast until at least 11:00 AM would have made a significant difference. Moreover, the breakfast selection was essentially the same every single day, with very little variety. The beach area itself was very nice and enjoyable. However, one downside was that the beach and sunbeds were also accessible to people who were not staying at the hotel. As a result, outside visitors could occupy the sunbeds, which was frustrating considering that we were paying guests of the property. Another inconvenient rule was that guests were not allowed to bring their own water onto the beach and were required to purchase it there instead.
