Suite has no water...

We booked a suite with a spa bath which was supposed to be the best room and it was so small we had nowhere To put our luggage, you barely have 2 people on the balcony the photos they show on the internet is so misleading, it says the room size is over 300ft, it's lucky to be half if that, we were there for 5days we did not receive cleaning sheets and no clean towels,but the most ridiculous thing of our stay was that we had no water..that's right no water to brush our teeth and no water flush toilet and no water to was ourselves, we had to use the shower outside which washed themselves after coming out of the beach. We told reception about the water issue they said there was nothing they could do about. Absolutely ridiculous...

Location of Tarsanas was perfect for us. A beautiful beach yet so close to town. Rooms are just 20 mt to beach and very clean , restaurant and beach bar by the sea. You can find all delicious Greek foods in the restaurant. Cocktails and drinks at the bar. Good music all day. Waiters and all personnell are very helpful and friendly. All rooms have a small kitchen closet, very useful.

Stupid misunderstanding almost ruined our vacation.

Most of the staff are very pleasant, polite and helpful (special thanks to Maria and Christina). Beach is beautiful with a really nice entrance to the water. The garden is also beautiful and tidy. A playground for kids is also available, small but well maintained. They are very pet friendly. :) Music is on from morning to the late evening, and it is very pleasant and in the evening music is live. The piano player is there every day (except for Monday) and we loved his music.

There was some misunderstanding between booking and hotel (or at least they told us that) so we received a tiny room without any additional beds (despite that we reserved a studio with enough space and beds). The description of their studio isn't correct since some studios have only one double bed (our case) with the possibility of inserting an additional bed, but in that case, it is a very small space and it is hard to operate (live) there. Cleaning is another big minus, service (cleaning lady) enters the room every single day just to wipe floors. She didn't change our towels or bed sheets for 7 days. After my wife complained to the management she changed all towels and tomorrow sheets but still, it's not adaptable. On Mondays, there is live greek night and the music is way too loud.

Perfect place for a city escape or for a long stay😁

The location was excellent, close to the town, you have everything you need close to you: the accomodation, the taverna and the beach. The studio was great, with a nice view to the sea and with a spacious balcony. We could also stay with our dog, for us it was great.

Amazing location, completely safe for our 4 year old son. Everything in one place. Beautiful beach. Very friendly staff. Very good cleaning service. Best accomodation we had in 10 years since we spend our summer vacations in Thassos.

Mükemmel konumu, odadan adımını attıktan 30 mt sonra kendi plajı olması, mini mutfağı konforluydu. Arabayla merkeze 6 dk, lidl markete 2-3 dk mesafedeydi. Denizi kumsal ve tertemizdi.

4 gece 5 gün konaklamada bir kere bile ne çarşaflar ne de banyo havluları değişti. Odada her gün yapılan tek temizlik odadaki çöp sepetlerinin boşaltılması idi. Buna rağmen yine de kesinlikle tekrar orada konaklarım.

1. Trebuia sa insisti sa ti faca curat in camera, sa schimbe lenjeria si prosoapele. 2.Presiunea apei lasa de dorit, cand iti este lumea mai draga nu ai apa pentru dus. 3.Pretul este exagerat pentru ceea ce primesti. 4. Sezlonguri incomfortabile. 5. Lipsa atentiei fata de clienti.

Herşey çok güzeldi bardaki içeçekler lezzetli ve güzeldi. Temiz bir otel ve güleryüzlü insanlar.

Booking rezervasyonu düzgün çalışmıyor. Bu durumu söyledik ama bizi anlamadılar. 2 yetişkin bir çocuk seçersem çok yüksek bir fiyat çıkıyor. Çocuk yerine 3 yetişkin seçersem yarı yarıya düşük fiyat çıkıyor. Bende çocuk yerine 3 yetişkin seçmek zorunda kaldım.
