Overpriced and in need of some renovation, it wasn't terrible but it felt like it needed attention.

The location was very good, and the bones of the apartment itself are very cute with wood beams and a skylight. There was a dishwasher and a good amount of dishes. A reasonable spot to stay for access to Giverny and Monet house.

The check in process was a nightmare. We let them know in advance when we would arrive, and were asked to download a smart lock app to access the property. This app was for the inner door, we were not given a code (nor did we realize we needed one) for the outer door until we showed up. It was tricky to find, the front door being in a run-down area behind a bar, and when we realized we needed another key in a rainstorm, the property owner was unavailable by phone call, whatsapp, and Booking.com. They didn't respond for nearly an hour. This wasn't great considering we'd already told them our arrival time. Upon entering, the house smelled like smoke and the trash had not been collected. The book of information provided for guests was severely outdated and very unhelpful. The bathroom needs a revamp, quite moldy and old, and the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable and rickety. We were interrupted before check-out time by the maid, who was early (she was very sweet, but this was a little awkward). We left early to let her get on with her work.

Cute and well located but unliveable due to bad acoustic insulation

Property was clean and spacious, well located in central Vernon

The acoustic insulation was non existent. The couple upstairs decided to spend all night talking and we could pick most of the conversation . They ignored our tapping on ceiling and went to bed at 9.30 am and we had to leave at 10, so we did not sleep at all. I don’t think it is their fault as they should be able to talk in their flat as they see fit. The flat needs ceiling insulation so people can sleep. it was not a very enjoyable experience for us.

Nice apartment and good location for where I needed to go. Stayed there a couple of times now and wouldn't hesitate to go back.

To nit pick, the bed can slide about a bit on the hardwood floor (could just need some anti slip pads adding to its feet.

Well it was only for two nights.

the location was perfect to Monets Graden and the old town, lovely shops handy and the river walk just over ther road.

There were three adults travelling, 1 married couple and 1 single older lady, we were expected to sleep in 1 room!! so the older lady had to sleep on the lounge in the lounge room. and on arrival only the double bed made up. The front door has a real trip/fall hazard in that there is a deep step to take to get down and up into the unit and the lights electricity seemed faulty.

The restaurant downstairs did not quiet down even when it closed. People stayed on the yard and kept singing and laughing until the early hours. We had to keep windows open because of the heatwave and the ongoing party made it hard to fall asleep.

Nothing! This place is a scam. Do NOT book.

Arrived but took 15 mins to access the apartment as door lock wasn't working properly. Could not contact property manager. Phoned and messaged but no answer. Finally got into the room and it was dirty and had not been cleaned from the previous guests. Still no response from the owner. Had to go to a hotel. Phoned booking.com but kept being cut off. (Google this it's a booking.com trick) Have been chasing the owner for a refund and reimbursement of emergency hotel but it's still not been sorted out. Do not book this place. I know this place seems good for the price but it's a scam. Do not book. UPDATE FOLLOWING OWNER RESPONSE: The below is untrue! It was not a bug in the system. They knew we were arriving as we had been in contact before about the stay. They are blocking the refund and reimbursement of the emergency accommodation. We arrive in the evening not at night and they ignored our calls.

The place wasn't clean when we arrived. Dirty beds, bins and bathroom. There was no answer when we tried to phone. I left a review before to warn others about my experience. However, the reply from the owner is false. They are blocking my refund. And haven't compensated me for the emergency night. This is a scam and the owners lie. They said we arrived late and they were asleep but it was the evening not the middle of the night. This is a scam!!

Very nice stay in Vernon and the price is very reasonable.

This is a wonderful residence, it has all the facilities that we need. It is located near the centre of the city and there are a lot of restaurants, bakeries nearby. Internet connection is also very good (you need to restart the modem of the internet if the internet is very slow).

Water, cider & cookies were greatly appreciated. Bed was very comfortable. The location was exceptional. I was able to walk to Giverny and the Seine was across the street. Great museums!

Had trouble w/the shower head. Long wait for response from owner due to holiday??? Had to ask restaurant to hold my bag and ended up back in the same room…

I never received the code to get the keys from the self check in box. I actually got one but it was wrong, so I had to call them more than once when I arrived at the apartment. I had to ask at least 5 times if we could leave our baggage somewhere in the establishment the day of checkout and they only replied when I outlined the fact that otherwise I was going to cancel the reservation. The answer was no and we had to arrange something else. I asked them if they had a hairdryer and never received a reply (there wasn't). Once arrived we noticed there were no hair or body washes even if written in the description. Wifi doesn't work because there is a password that doesn't match the router. Only two towels, not even a small one to dry your hands.

Estuvo bien por parte de los anfitriones dejarnos unas cápsulas de café de regalo.

Para empezar la limpieza en cinco pasos que anuncian no se lleva a cabo de ninguna manera, encontramos el piso bastante sucio. El anuncio decía que había dos habitaciones pero solo había una, con una cama de matrimonio, y un sofá cama roto en el salón para el que ni siquiera dejaron ropa. Las toallas, aparte de viejas y raídas, eran tamaño de mano y solo dejaron dos, sabiendo de antemano que éramos tres personas. El salón tiene una pequeña ventana que da a una terraza común, por la que pasan personas, la cual no tiene ni un estor para dar intimidad y tuvimos que improvisar para taparlo como pudimos. El gel de baño se encontraba vacío, para eso mejor no dejar nada. Y en la nevera encontramos un bote con salsa abierto, usado por otros huéspedes, lo cual no es muy higiénico. Además, al tener varios bares en la puerta es bastante ruidoso.

Nous avons aimé la situation, ainsi que la déco de l'appartement, très chaleureux. Tout est à disposition, c'est agréable pour poser sa valise. On est près de tout, c'est parfait.

Il fait très chaud dès que les températures montent, mieux vaut être prévenu en cas de difficultés avec la chaleur.

Déception pour ce qui est de la location.

L emplacement central et près de la Seine mais un bar sous l'appartement ouvert jusqu'à minuit.

Les photos sur booking correspondent à 3 appartements, une terrasse est mentionnée mais ne concerne qu'un appartement loué à l'année (dixit la personne chargée du suivi des locations) la cour intérieure encombrée et commune n'a aucun intérêt. L'appartement spacieux lumineux (trop, pas de volet et pour la personne qui dormait dans le canapé réveil très matinal) bar en dessous de l'appartement très sonore avec musique jusqu'à minuit. le suivi des produits est plus que moyen, vaisselle 1 verre à vin, 1 petite tasse, 1 poéle sans queue et l'autre très usagée, des flacons vaisselle et lavage mains presque vides.....) un micro ondes sur frigo à plus d'1.50m.

L’ingresso esterno molto sporco, c’erano molte cose vecchie e rovinate sparse, all’interno della casa la parete del soggiorno aveva muffa e macchie mattoni, la pulizia non era delle migliori, ho dormito sul divano letto che è scomodissimo e non era neanche fornito di lenzuola, ma solo di un copriletto non particolarmente profumato.

Ottima posizione. Alloggio spazioso, arredato con gusto. Buon rifornimento di asciugamani, prodotti per la pulizia. Letto matrimoniale comodissimo e grande. Cucina e frigo puliti.

Migliorerei le indicazioni e la fornitura dei contenitori per rispettare le regole della raccolta differenziata. Le indicazioni relative a dove trovare le chiavi dell' armadio e degli armadietti perché non erano nelle rispettive toppe ma collocate una sopra all' armadio e le altre in una scatolina dentro all' armadio. Secondo letto più comodo. Sarebbe ottimo avere un sistema di aerazione nel bagno

L'appartement est fonctionnel et bien équipé. Seul le canapé est peut être à revoir. A 5 minute du centre ville.

Le problème des arrivées autonomes,c'est de ne pas vraiment à qui on loue et donc nous nous sommes retrouvés à côté de personnes irrespectueuses bruyantes et qui se sont battues. Pas top du tout!
