It was ok.

The apartment was well located and well équipped.

We were cold in the apartment. The sight of the mess in the backyard was unpleasant. We had a hard time to find the apartment. The number of the address was hidden behind tree branches and leaves. Also we never saw a sign with the name of the street.

Spacious and comfortable apartment in prime location.

The apartment is spacious and perfectly located near the train station, within easy walking distance of the city centre. It’s fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed and sofa were very comfortable, free wifi and Netflix.

The building itself could use a little extra care, as the façade is somewhat worn, the garden outside appears neglected, and there was a minor odor in front. The apartment also had a slight smell, likely due to the age and humidity of the building. With a few updates, it could be an even more comfortable stay for future guests.

A great location with a short walk to the train station and bus to Monet’s Garden.

A nice, clean property centrally located. Very easy to walk around town and to the train station. Vernon is very lovely and we wish we could have stayed longer.

Please be aware that you cannot take suitcases to Monet’s Garden. The accommodation host offers lockers for luggage storage and we suggest you book these as part of your stay.

Good value for money

The property is located 2 min from the main square, the cafes, restaurants and the church. The bank of the river Seine is 10 minutes walk away. On Saturdays, there is a big market with the local produce on the main square, and you can enjoy the genuine French experience. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay, kitchen is well equipped, bathroom has enough towels, soap, there’s an iron and an ironing board, a hairdryer, TV, basically all you need for a comfortable stay. Parking is in front of the house and it’s free on Sundays in the afternoon, and you also have two parking lots across the road, the one with a ramp is cheaper. The area seems safe.

Since this is an old house, you can hear the neighbours on the top walking around their apartment, but this wasn’t a big problem for us.

Immaculate, spacious, well appointed apartment!

Immaculate Parisian style apartment. Modern. Well appointed. Everything needed for either a short or long stay. Super fast internet, Smart TV, Netflix, coffee, tea, iron. 5 minute walk to/from train station. Easy access to Monet’s Gardens by open air shuttle (€10), taxi (€20) or bike rental (€15). Definitely recommend!

A night in Vernon

Large apartment very close to the town centre. Although close to the town centre it was not noisy. Had everything we needed, well equipped. Free parking outside the apartment between 6.30pm and 9.0am.

Some aspects of the cleaning could have been better e.g. window sills at the front of the propert were dirty. The front door needed oiling. The bedroom window looked into an untidy conservatory. There was also a well dead bird on the conservatory roof..

Good place overall- Inwould stay there again

Clean and spacious , great location close to old town and easy walk to train station. Check in was easy with good instructions. Netflix was a great bonus.

Small item but leaving half of a single roll of toilet paper was not appreciated. Also might be a good idea to trim the hedge a bit so you can see the house number.

Nice comfortable place to stay in close vicinity to Monet Garden. Everything was clean, beds were comfy - even the fold-out sofa and check-in was smooth.

Great location, very clean and cosy with everything you could need. Easily walkable from the station and near a supermarket and various bakeries and restaurants. Very clear instructions for arrival and departure and a key box which makes things very convenient.

Ground floor, good location, good kitchen... no shower...

It's well located and though the owner didn't meet with us, she helped us via whatsapp. There is a good kitchen and a large bathroom and generally it is a large apartment. Bonus - ground floor! Lots of spices for cooking!

Shower head was dysfunctional couldn't shower, only bathe... Not enough dishwasher tablets... owner did apologize for this though. No coffee mugs, only espresso mugs, and no salad bowl. Pillows must be replaced - they were falling apart.

L'emplacement du logement permet l'accès rapide au plein centre de Vernon. Sa surface est très appréciable et de nombreux équipements sont mis à disposition. Il est aisé de se garer juste devant.

Un point dommageable, l'appartement du dessus est très sonore. J'ai entendu très fortement le réveil tôt le matin ainsi que les pas au-dessus de la pièce où je dormais. Il a été assez compliqué de récupérer une facture mais l'hôte a pu résoudre un problème technique d'envoi de mail in fine.

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet mit vielen Details. Man fühlt sich dort sehr wohl. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, nah zum Bahnhof und zur Altstadt.

Leider war uns in der Wohnung zu kalt. Die Heizung ging nur selten kurz an. Bei 20 Grad Raumtemperatur haben wir gefroren. Wir hätten uns 22 Grad gewünscht. Der Türgriff des Badezimmers war defekt, sodass sich die Tür nicht schließen ließ und immer einen Spalt geöffnet blieb.

Posizione perfetta per visitare Giverny e dintorni. A piedi si raggiungono comodamente il centro storico di Vernon e il Museo e la Senna. Parcheggio disponibile in strada a pagamento nelle ore diurne. Appartamento accogliente, comodo e spazioso situato al piano terra di una palazzina in quartiere residenziale. Check in in autonomia molto pratico. Seggiolone e culla per bambini presenti,

Il giardino davanti all’ingresso potrebbe essere più curato. (Foto) La veranda sul vetro, su cui affaccia la camera da letto, è probabilmente utilizzata come lavanderia/stenditoio e si presenta molto sporca e disordinata; non all’altezza della situazione interna. (Foto) La culla e il materasso per il bambino erano posizionate in un armadio del soggiorno, purtroppo però all’interno si poteva vedere parecchia muffa e abbiamo preferito non utilizzare il lettino perché non ci sembrava una posizione salubre per conservare un materasso.
