Nice apartment, great location and lovely views - needs a little attention.

Fabulous location and views, Vernon is a beautiful town, with wonderful walks though the town and a magnificent history to explore. it felt very safe, and was a pleasure to visit. The apartment was adequate, but needed some TLC for a long stay.

Could have had a TV to keep up on local and international news, no toaster, no light on the stairs, no iron and ironing board, no dressing mirror, insufficient towels for a week's stay, no clothes dryer, no door lock to the apartment, no instructions for all the facilities and equipment, no local amenities information. Floor tiles to the WC were broken, and several light fittings were falling out of the ceiling. Not well set up for a week's stay, but OK for a short stay. Would have been good to know it had 2 very long staircases to get up to the apartment.

A very convenient apartment, which is more than simply a view over the Seine.

The apartment is well-equipped and very comfortable - perfect for a short stay. It worked well for my daughter and I to visit Vernon and Giverny, at the end of a long trip, as we didn't want to go out for dinner or breakfast and were able to cater for ourselves, and do laundry. The check-in and check-out arrangements were clearly communicated.

The weather in Vernon was poor! The steps up to the apartment might not suit some people, and its outside space is a bit grotty. Only one of the three keys we had worked to open the front door. Some instructions for the microwave oven and washing machine would make using them less of a mind-game.

Al massimo una notte

La posizione vicino al centro della città.

Casa sporca, capelli sui cuscini, un solo asciugamano a persona, divano letto terribile, non è possibile dormirci. In cucina bollitore vecchio e sporco, volevamo fare colazione a casa ma abbiamo desistito. Diciamo che per una notte ci siamo Adattati, ma non lo consigliamo.

Visita a Vernon e Giverny

Appartamento molto carino al secondo piano di una casa a graticcio, con vista sulla Senna. discreta la dotazione di pentole e stoviglie della cucina. Ci abbiamo soggiornato perchè si trova a 5 min in auto da Giverny e dalla casa di Monet.

Abbiam avuto difficoltà a trovar parcheggio (probabilmete perchè eravamo in agosto). Il parcheggio dell'appartamento è largo al max 1,8 mt e un suv non ci passa. Per fortuna abbiam trovato un vicino gentile che ci ha lasciato il suo posto auto. Da estirpare le erbacce sul vialetto di accesso.

Il divano letto non è pulito. L’esterno degli edifici adiacenti è fatiscente. La scala d’accesso all’appartamento è stretta, ripida e trasandata. La porta bianca ai piedi della scala si chiude con molta fatica.

Convient pour une halte ou un court séjour à Vernon

L'appartement est proche de la Seine que l'on entrevoit par la fenêtre et appartient à l'ancien quartier de Vernon. Le musée tout proche est très agréable à visiter.

- les draps étaient sales (poils, cheveux) et froissés. Ils avaient déjà été utilisés. La salle de bain non plus n'était pas impeccable. - se trouve dans une maison ancienne rénovée avec goût, mais entourée de bâtiments qui sont en travaux ou dégradés, ce qui n'a pas un effet très agréable. - il y a deux portes, celle du bas seule peut se fermer et est d'ailleurs très difficile à fermer, car la serrure n'est pas pratique, puis un escalier raide, et en haut une seconde porte qui ne se ferme pas à clé. Je n'ai pas trouvé cela rassurant dans ce quartier et je ne me suis pas sentie complètement en sécurité. - une route très passante devant l'appartement ce qui provoque beaucoup de bruit quand on ouvre la fenêtre. Heureusement la chambre est de l'autre côté.
