    The hotel is located ideally, close to my workplace. Have halal food eateries around, even have their own restaurant downstairs. It a proper hotel, with few old amenities. Lots of public parking spaces, but few hotel parking. So carpark is not an issue. Hotel is not fully sound proofed as you can hear next room’s swithces and doors

    The room design and bed arrangement were quite uncomfortable. The bed faces directly towards the door, which is considered inauspicious according to Chinese beliefs. The basin is also too small, making it difficult to fit the kettle underneath to fill it with water. I requested housekeeping, but when I returned, only the towel had been replaced and the rubbish bin emptied. The bed was not made, the toilet paper was almost finished and was not replenished, and the toilet was not properly cleaned. The location is strategic and there are restaurants nearby, but the roads leading to the restaurants are quite dark, which made me feel unsafe walking alone, especially at night. Overall, the location was convenient, but the room condition, housekeeping service and surrounding lighting could be improved.
