Very noisy air conditioning and fans.

Common areas decoration was beautiful and the breakfast was tasty.

Our Babao double room did not have a seating are as indicated in the facilities list and shown in all the photos nor ironing facilities,also listed. I spoke to reception who called a member of housekeeping who mentioned 'renovations' and 'old photos' (current to the website) and eventually we were provided with 2 armchairs (remarkably similar to those shown in the website photos) We were then provided with an iron and told the hotel did not have an ironing board ! really ? The bed was in an alcove about 2 feet wider than the bed itself leaving 1 foot either side to shimmy along sideways to get into bed. This lack of space meant there were no bedside tables so nowhere to safely place spectacles or phones. There were also not bedside lights (could have been wall mounted ?) so going to bed entailed switching of the room lights at the door, then negotiating ones way across the room to shimmy up the side of the bed in the dark.
