這次入住檳城的住宿，整體感受很不錯！最滿意的是住宿位置很方便，周邊生活機能完善，不管是外出吃飯、逛街或前往景點都很便利，對自由行來說非常加分。 房間整體也維持得很乾淨，入住時讓人覺得很舒服，基本的住宿需求都有照顧到，住起來很安心。旅遊一整天回來後，能有一個乾淨舒適的空間休息，整體住宿體驗很好。
比較可惜的是房間可以放行李的空間偏小，如果帶比較大的行李箱，整理和拿取東西時會稍微有點不方便。如果能有更多收納或置放行李的空間，相信會更加理想

The room space is sufficient and 2 king size bed is convenient.
The shower room without door; this will make the bathroom floor wet after shower, and create Harzard and risk to your customers. The TV is not easy to turn on.. have to ask your staff to turn on TV.

Good location, comfortable beds
They didn’t provide hand soap. We asked 2 separate people at reception if we could have some for our room and they both stated the hotel didn’t provide hand soap. This is the most basic thing any accommodation should provide, so this brought down our score massively!
