    Good choice if you are driving. The hotel provides parking, but spaces are quite limited (around 15 spots). Luckily, we stayed outside of peak holiday season, so parking was always available for us. Room is simple, clean, and comfortable. Bed and pillows are very nice — each bed even comes with 2 pillows, which is a plus. Shower water pressure is strong and hot water works well, very satisfying after a long day out. Soundproofing is not perfect, we could hear some noise from next door at night. But it wasn’t a big issue as things got quiet later and we slept well. Overall, a pleasant stay. For future longer trips to Penang, this will likely be my first choice again.

    This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in Penang for this price range. I stayed here for two nights. On the first night, I was literally choked awake by the strong moldy smell in my room. I then moved to a second room, only to find cockroaches crawling everywhere. It was absolutely disgusting and left me traumatized.
