    I was on the 4th floor on 2nd September 2026. People below me perhaps on 3rd floor smooking in the bathroom. The cigarette smoke penetrated to my Room at 10.24 pm. I woke up from my sleep because of the cigarette smoke smell. I called reception and staff said they will move me to another room on 1st floor. I suffered throat congestion, eyes and nose watering. I wrote a complaint letter and sent it by What's App. Manager was off duty. I told night staff to inform or leave a note for Managers attention in the morning. I requested for a refund of the room. Next day on 3 Sept 2026, my complaint not attended to. I told a reception staff to check their WhatsApp and deal with my complaint. I came down to check out and spoke to Manager. Finally reply from Forum Hotel said no refund. My sleep disturbed and health compromised but Hotel don't want to refund for the Room on 2nd September. Some reception staffs English can be improved. I did move to the 1st Floor. It was very uncomfortable for me for about 3 hrs before I moved. Forum still will not refund for the room.
