    The hotel was overall nice, easy access, strategic location. However, please be careful on number of guest stay at a room. They charge differently even the room can house 2 people, they have different type of room to select depending on how many guest to stay.

    We had a very pleasant stay here. The staff here are exceptional. Very professional and happy to help with things like restaurant reservations and event booking. Once we got better oriented to the nearby neighbourhoods we appreciated the location more. It’s easy to access from the main train station, and they have a free shuttle service to take you back to the train station. The rooms are very small, even by Japanese standards. Probably the biggest drawback for us was the complete lack of closet space. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, but their free udon service in the evening was a nice treat. Overall we feel comfortable recommending this hotel.

    They only clean the room 1 time per 4 days, but they didn’t give extra plastic for garbage, extra toothpaste, extra towel and tissue as well. Even they didn’t inform us where we should threw the garbage.
