    Great location and facilities: washing machine, fridge, microwave, as well as washing powder and detergent. Perfect for families and close to many convenience stores. Our only qualm is the windows which were not black out, and the hard pillows. Our room was not cleaned until check out but this was fine for us. We stayed one week with our eight year old son. If you are arriving late be warned that there may not be staff on hand to help with check in process. We had some issues with the machine not being able to read our passports but thankfully a staff member was present to help.

    Stayed in 2 other cities, and this was by far the BEST hotel we stayed in. First off I have to say this place was very nice, newer than most places I stayed, modern and clean VERY SPACIOUS. I had a beautiful view outside my window. This was also the least expensive of my 3 hotels and the most beautiful one. Lots out power charging outlets. I wished I had booked longer stay here. About a 10 -15 min walk to GION district, temples & markets , but the scenery made the walk feel less than 10 minutes. Loved that they had a Washer/Dryer all in 1, super convenient for my party of 4. VERY SAFE neighborhood. My husband and I went out for late stroll and we walk the entire street. We felt so safe walking late hours of the night. This place is a 5/5 stay and I look forward booking this place again on my next Japan visit.

    Big roomy apartment, close to train station (50m) just perfect for the long day and a short walk home!!
