Staff were super helpful. They suggested many places for us to visit and took time to give us detailed answers to our questions. There is a Nespresso machine in reception and you can help yourself to coffee. The living area was great, with a comfy sofa and decent TV. Also a table to comfortably sit and eat at
The second bedroom was part of the main living area, so its not feasible for someone to sleep there unless everyone goes to bed

Friendly staff and great location. Not cheap if you bring car. We parked next door and I am sure there may be cheaper places but wanted convenience
I would suggest getting black out blinds as the sun comes in early and bright !

enough space for a stay with 4 adult. very nice location between Shijo and Gojo, surrounded by nice restaurants in quite atmosfare. short taxi drive from Kyoto station and working distance from city center, Shijo Kawaramachi,

Hotel staff were amazing, and the morning breakfasts were alright! Room itself was lackluster, and everything felt cheap. No room service, but at least you can pick towels from the main lobby whenever you want and emptying your combustibles/recycling was easy enough. But there was not a full mirror, no paper towels, no hooks/racks to place towels you just used, and everything felt a bit cheap. It was nice to have a couch in the hotel though.
