    The location, facilities, staffs… everything was perfect. They have free shuttle van to Kyoto station in the morning as well, as long as you make a reservation.

    Lovely view from our room as we requested a higher floor, everything was clean and all the facilities of the room were great. They don't do daily housekeeping which is no problem - just leave towels in a bag outside your door and new ones will be given. Staff are very friendly; however I wish there was more desk space in the room. For laundry, their machine has its own detergent and evening to midnight are the busiest hours. The location is perfect for nearby walks along the river at any time of day. Great for a short stay.

    The room is super small without seat. The reception staff is very good and friendly but can’t speak English well not even know which bus no to go Kyoto station which is common place that staff should has knowledge about their city and area. The bar staff is very cold and never say anything with customer while doing their service.
