    Beautiful hotel, spacious and close to the station. They had free shuttle service to the station.

    Perfectly located just outside of Kiyomizu Gojo Station Keihan Line. The bus stop is also just right in front of the hotel. Across the street, you can easily access Lawson, Family Mart and 7eleven. And a bus stop which will give you a faster access to Sannenzaka. Weather permitting, it is an easy 15 minute walk to Sannenzaka, Gion District, and Kiyomizu Dera. Ponchoto Alley and Nishiki Market is only just 2 stops away about 5mins. The hotel also provides a shuttle service to Kyoto Station where they will drop you off right outside of the access to the shinkansen platform. There's heaps of opportunities to socialise and regular activities, they offer a make your own cocktail in the arvo, and snack size udon at night. The rooms are adequate, comfy bed, not too soft nor too firm, AC is pretty good too, cools the room fast considering it's peak summer. Enough lighting for each area of the room, and love the mood light feature too for when winding down. I just forgot to mention to the team that the seat on the toilet was wobbly. There's also some dust on the painting like part of the wall. Aside from that it was a good stay. Hotel amenities, I love that there's available water refill station, ice machine and microwave all free to use. Although, there's also a vendo machine accessible for other drink options. The staff were always so accommodating and friendly. They always greet the guests with a smile and do they best to answer comprehensively. They were helpful with the luggage assistance as well during the drop off to Kyoto Station. This has been my second stay in this property and it is a hotel I often recommend to family and friends.

    Very convenient location, but other than that not that much to praise. Clothes hanging hook was already broken when we got there and also kettle did not work. Front desk staff tried to help after I raised the issue, but didn't come and fix it even though they promised they would look into it when we were out of the room, probably because they didn't pass down the message to the next shift staff member.
