    We have booked airport transfers to hotel with Agoda website. We were very disappointed. We paid for meet and greeting. But the driver didn't come to pick us up. He sent us the message that we have to go to his car. Also driver complaint that we did not pay for meet and greeting, as well as no address instructions when he meet us. Comparing Agoda airport transfer webside with Klook airport transfer website. Klook is more professional and reliable.

    They switch off th ac at night and rooms become hot . No response from the front desk when I approached them The rooms are very very small and inconvenient
