    I used to stay at ones closer to Shinbashi station which is much more convenient in a mid of active and lively city area. However, prices of those nearby Shinbashi station had gone up a lot recently while this hotel, LiveMAX Shiodome remains relarively low in price probably due to longer distance from Shinbashi station. Therefore, If you do not like ballooned price in Shinbashi, this hotel can be an alternative solution for cheaper price with a few min more extra walk. The pick up is shorter walking distance to "Shiodome" station instead. Still there are a few convenience stores within 3 min walk from the hotel. Room is not spacious but ok enough. They can make room clean daily basis. The bed is slightly hard that is good for my backpain.

    The room I had had some dusty spots that were quite obvious. Kitchen is not bad, just feels a little cramped.
