    Плюсы: - очень удобное и красивое расположение, рядом много магазинов, выход в город вечеров на второй уровень был прекрасен - на входе много мелочей, которые можно взять с собой (кофе, чай и т.д) - тв с приложениям (ютуб/нетфликс..) - на этаже прачка/микроволновка/напитки Минусы: - плохо убирали, по факту меняли только полотенца, кружки заменили один раз, было пару раз что кружки из под кофе после уборки так и остались - номер маленький (был 20кв), но ощущался как 15 - в номере нет весов, нужно было ходить вниз взвешивать чемоданы, не очень удобно когда их много В целом из-за расположения отель рекомендую, до гинзы 15 минут пешком

    We wanted to stay somewhere close to all the action in Tokyo but without all the city noise. This hotel is a perfect combo. It sits on top on the Shiodome station so you don’t even have to go outside if it’s raining, and it is a very short train ride to many of the popular places in Tokyo. There is basically nothing around at night, even 7-11 is a 10 minute walk, but that was perfect for us. We highly recommend.

    The experience was very disappointing. The problem arose from inconsistent booking information between Agoda and the hotel, which was not caused by the customer. Unfortunately, instead of working with Agoda to clarify and resolve the discrepancy, the hotel staff simply insisted that we pay the additional charge. We spent more than 30 minutes at the front desk on two consecutive days trying to resolve the same issue. Our child also had to wait with us at the front desk, despite the fact that we were already tired after a long day of travelling. This made the situation even more stressful and frustrating for our family. Despite the considerable time and effort involved, the hotel did not appear willing to help us resolve the problem and continued to insist that we should bear the additional cost. Under these circumstances, we should not have been expected to take responsibility for a booking discrepancy that was not caused by us. This experience was particularly disappointing in Japan, where we had expected a greater level of customer care, hospitality and willingness to help resolve a genuine issue.
