    A great place to stay as it is super clean, especially the toilets 😄 The staffs were efficient and friendly! Super convenient to various eateries and restaurants as well as near train station! Maybe the only downside is the small rooms are really tiny , would recommend to book the bigger one

    If i have to commend something about this place is that location is good! The room is also not as small compared to traditional japanese hotels. The cr tho had a weird sewage smell. Also it’s a bit sad you cannot eat in the lobby outside food. I get that it’s a hotel chain but in true japanese hotel lobby this would have been perfect.

    It didnt start out very well because we had a mediocre not friendly staff check us in. The location was great and the was bigger than others and was able to lift up well. The room was a good enough space. That's about it. The gym is way too small. There's no laundry even though it listed that there is. You just gotta pay per piece which I think is ridiculous and tells you gotta go somewhere else for 12 mins to do the laundry. My first ever hotel that did not have laundry. For a 4 star hotel I expected it to be better than APA hotels who is only a 3 star. There are nothing for you if you forget tooth brush, tooth paste, comb, cotton swabs or Qtips, etc. The hairdryer was so bad and slow. Im not entirely sure besides it looking nice, what makes this 4 stars. Overall disappointing and will not be rebooking.
