Amazing view, amazing and helpful staff, great coffee for free every morning, beautiful artworks everywhere and great location in the middle of a business-centered district. So not a lot of tourists around but lots of options for restaurants. Also, Miyazaki’s clock is on the other side of the road. 3 minutes walk!

The laundry machines don’t dry well. We used the laundry machines on the 27th floor, and we did 2 cycles of during and everything was still wet. Also, the restaurant in the hotel is very very expensive, so we didn’t eat at the hotel.

Comfortable stylish good location great for food and underground

It’s under an underpass so taxis weren’t always easy to book from the ground floor

Great views. Fairly easy to get around. There is a station right under the property that we didn’t spot until our second day. We tended to walk the 10 minutes to Shimbashi station to get about. Views were phenomenal. Staff were incredibly helpful when it came to things like luggage forwarding. We arrived 7 hours early to drop our bags and found our room was ready and they checked us in immediately which is a god send after a long flight.

Only small note is we booked a room for 2 adults, a 15 year old and a 5 year old but there were only two beds so the 5 year old was in with us, however the bed was very wide so more then enough to accommodate her.
