    It’s close to Shimshashi station, so it’s convenient to go around the city. Lots of food around the hotel. A short walk across the station to Ginza area. Most importantly, amazing view!

    I likely sound like I've been paid a sponsorship at this point but this was another win by JR Kyushu Hotels. We were privileged enough to enjoy the top floor at this hotel for both stays and left our luggage here while we took a short trip to Karuizawa. The most important thing about this hotel is that there is a side where you have the most incredible view of Tokyo including the Tokyo Tower (although slightly blocked by another tower in front). There are laundry facilities available, they have a convenient space for taxi/Uber pick-up, and they will take a trolley down for you if you have a lot of luggage, making this the perfect place to round out your trip. The windows also gave a perfect view of the city while Typhoon Jangmi went through. It was very comfortable to rest in the lobby while waiting for a break in the rain. They had a lot of spare umbrellas and the hotel is very close to both the JR Shimbashi Station and associated metro stops. Also of note is that they have a clothing donation service that we unfortunately had not made use of. We had previously disposed of several items, including a perfectly fine backpack, at previous locations after purchasing replacements. Had we been aware my daughter would have insisted we brought them over to this hotel. The restaurant in the lobby is also very nice (Sotoko?). We had a zarusoba lunch there on the first day and it was delicious.

    Nice hotel, awesome view from lobby. Unfortunately when booking it was not obvious for me what room to choose to get the same view, so I ended up on the other side of the building. Lounge is just a meeting room with a pizza vending machine and some drinks.
