    Booked for 2 nights that included Breakfast and dinner but Dinner included only for 1st night.. Alley between the room and main block is dark - need to use handphone light. Staff is responsive and loan us touch light.

    Paid for new wing and it was good but you could hear every single footstep all night and day from upstairs and outside. Was very annoying and kept us up. Decent overall experience and great breakfast but we wouldn’t return even though we love the city.

    The overall stay was ok, room was renovated, clean and nice, however the property is quite far from the main town - it is a 10 minute bike ride, although the roads are not the best for riding, especially in the evenings. TV in the room shows 5 chanels only. The hotel itself needs a renovation - onsens and the main building are outdated. We visited in Feburary and it felt like we were in a ghost hotel with only few people in it. We paid 310 euros for 3 nights and ir felt too much for the quality that you can get somewhere else in Japan.
