    10 minutes to 15 minutes walk from Karuizawa station. A basic ground and 1st floor hotel. Luggage(s) need to bring up to 1st floor by stair case. No bathroom in the room. Need to use public bath area at ground floor. Room is big and bed is comfy. Quite a walking distance to Kyu-Karuizawa. Delica supermarket and McD is 3 to 5 minutes walking distance. Try to ask for extra pillow and cloth hangers but such services are not provided. So you get what you see in the room only.

    This hotel has a good location but it is very tired indeed. Owners are training a big robot to do customer service to replace the two very stressed front desk employees presiding over a messy check in. Room was musty and had furnishings from at least 50 yers ago. Onsite onsen is clean with an extremely loud waterfall. This is a convenient hotel if you only want to sleep here.
