    Great place, the staff very nice, How ever the location a little inconvenience it is the middle of the station and the old town street. So far we have a good time on it.

    Overall a very homely kind of hotel. No lifts but the staff assisted us with the heavy bags to the 2nd floor. Very polite and thoughtful staff. Great service. Breakfast was limited to 3 set choices. It was delicious.

    It was a simple stay at Kyu Karuizawa for 3 nites. The room was simple, breakfast was simple, the front desk n dining staff (especially Myanmar staff) are simply friendly! The Japanese staff at front desk mostly can speak English which helped a lot. The filling out of housekeeping forms daily is troublesome to guests. Suggest a “No Need Clean” or “Please Clesn” signage on guest’s door is sufficient and standard. The breakfast is also simple and after 3 morning breakfast, we felt there should have been more choices. Overall thankful for the sweet gestures of valentine desserts and check out sweet treats! ❤️
