    The rooms were spacious and clean. Place very close to outlet mall. I did not use the hot spring or onsen. However they charged me for that…

    We were delightly surprised by the English newspaper hung on our door in the morning. We reached before checkin time so we left our luggage at the lobby. They were so kind to send our luggages to our rooms even before we come back. Rooms are peaceful and love the tranquil view and fresh air of the greenery from the window. Take the free green shuttle from Karuizawa station to go to hotel and brown shuttle from hotel to station. It runs every 30 min but it felt more frequent. The outlet mall is conveniently located within 5 min walk. Highly recommended.

    The hotel is next to the ski resort. And it has extra facilities for your gear storage. Good place to learn and practice snowboarding.

    Very old hotel. Expensive, no washing machine. Buffet breakfast not much thing to eat. Set breakfast slightly better, vege no refill. Can’t change the room to aircon, so they brought a fan. Never expected prince hotel no aircon during spring. Room got some smell. Long time no stay? Need walk so far to hot spring, and the hot spring can enter without door!! We prefer stay other hotel next trip.
