    Amazing friendly hotel manager, Mr. Naka. He is the best and funniest hotel manager I have met in Japan. I had such a great time and laughters talking to him at the lounge with free green tea and coffee Great location to Old Karuizawa street and shops. less than 10mins walk Great location to Kumoba Lake too for a good nature walk - hike Great location to great resturants near the roundabout in the pine forest Room is very spacious and clean and nicely woody renovated Toilet and shower area is standard size but thats understandable

    Location is good. About 8 min walking distance from JR Station. Everything looks old and not well maintained. However, I don't understand why it charged almost ¥9500 2 nights for I brought my kid with me. Coz I have booked a room with 2 beds.
