    We absolutely love our stay in this hotel. The staffs are very helpfull. All amazing, the publich bath also have sauna inside. Very clean, very comfortable and satisfying experience with my kids. We cant wait to stay here for our next holiday. Btw they refill everything in the fridge and snack everyday. Awesome. Love this hotel 🩷🩷

    Attentive staff, great facilities, flexible shuttle service to JR Karuizawa station, love their onsen and the customer service for Japanese-style breakfast after 9:30 am. Overall, a solid choice for value and comfort. Had a great time there. :)

    Location is perfect - tucked in a quiet corner yet with easy access to many attractions. Service however felt slightly cold.
