We liked the friendliness of the bilingual staff. We also enjoyed the cuisine at dinner and breakfast. I am a vegetarian but eat eggs, cheese and dash including fish sauce - the chef was able to accommodate my diet requirements.
Staff were too polite and apologized for imposing on us constantly. Maybe it is the local custom but felt a little excessive.

I loved the boutique style of this hotel. So many small details like essential oils diffusing through the rooms, motion sensor lighting, motion sensor toilets, slippers for inside the room, slippers for around the property, lounge outfits to wear while on the property.
The room service selection was 3 meal sets, which worked out well for us as our stay was only two nights. But I could see myself desiring a little more variety if staying longer. So it's not a dislike per se, more a preference really.

酒店在马路边，很吵，完全不能开窗。Location不够安静
接待我们的服务人员好像心情不是很好，板着脸，没有给人很welcoming的感觉
晚上房间进了蚊子，凌晨4点打电话问前台有没有电蚊香，被告知没有。第二天早上另一个服务员说在柜子里。明显服务人员的培训不够。这次旅行入住了两个fufu，更推荐静养之森
