    I really liked the room, the cleanliness, and the facilities (including the washing machines). However, the air conditioning is set to a constant temperature and cannot be adjusted individually.

    Location is perfect for sightseeing - close to everything and tram stops outside. Common space great and luggage lockers worked well. Room was poor though. Not particularly clean (dark hair on towels!). No plug sockets worked apart from the TV plug. Safe wouldn't work either. Worst part was noise from trams all night and room stuffy without being able to open the window. Appreciate it's cheap by Oslo standards and it could have been great but let down by maintenance and lack of soundproofing

    We were assigned a room for easy accessibility for the disabled, so the bathroom is not a proper normal hotel bathroom but like a hospital bathroom, the loo is higher, so when we sit on it , our legs are slightly off the floor, the shower area is the same level of the floor (for easy accessibility for the wheelchairs) , only with a curtain so after taking shower the floor is completely flood, and we had to sweep it every time. And not a the shower head hanger was broken so we need to hold the shower head all the time during shower. The trash bin was full of rubbish and hair, obviously the staff forgot to clean it before our arrival. Very unsatisfied with the bathroom, but the reception said the hotel was full we could not change to another room. The bedroom is modern and clean, well decorated and nice, although the view was ina back street and below it were huge trash bins on the streets below. The lobby is with good facilities , with lockers, self check in is easy.
