Great breakfast. Spa facility , staff and location
Room was very comfortable
Room a long way from lifts and reception (not a big issue)

Found the staff rude upon arrival and not very helpful throughout our stay.
The bathroom in the room was tiny.
No air conditioning in the room (was boiling when the sun was beaming through the windows)
Extremely noisy on a Saturday night. Called reception for some earplugs which took over half an hour to arrive.
Tv kept turning on by itself so I had to unplug from the wall
