The breakfast was good with a wide variety of things done well. But the room was too crowded and loud with families. Not a relaxing environment at all.

Basically it’s at the level of Holiday Inn in terms of the rooms, but as it’s Oslo, cost me $400 a night. Very basic room, in almost same layout and size as Holiday Inn level chains. Shower had low pressure. Slow uncomfortable showers. I needed two beds as traveling with son and she type rooms only on street side if hotel which meant a lot of street (tram) noise. Dried blood on newly changed sheeting. Cleaners quickly changed it but should have been noticed. Aircon only a centralized air circulator with minimal ability to set ourselves, and always too cold on this trip. Hotel is right next to Oslo main station which is convenient but means it’s a very packed area of the city and quite a grind if staying more than a night or two. Swimmimg pool is tiny - a round plunge pool only. Sauna was broken. Gym small. All in windowless basement.
