Great location in the centre of Oslo, good sized room and “Bob” was very helpful. Using the access codes was very easy and was great to have luggage storage too.

Virtual agents don’t work properly. They have no idea about the property. They are just used as escape goats.

Sink was cracked in bedroom. Rooms were quite tight.

The location is great and the room is big. Oslo is not a big city, but being in the centre really matters in the summer as it gets extremely crowded. This particular location is in the middle of everything most people care to visit or experience.

Two people gained access to our room on the ground floor in the afternoon of July 28th 2026. They opened the door and were walking in! Fortunately our group of three was in the room and when they saw us they quickly walked away. We shut the door behind them. We lock doors behind us out of habit. I still don't know who they were or how this could happen. Bob W use electronic locks that you shouldn't be able to open if you don't have access. Even if unlocked, you shouldn't be able to action the door handle. That means either they gave access to our room to some random people, or burglars were in the hotel pretending to be guests. The 24/7 chat was of little help and to be fair is likely an LLM. I tried over and over again to find out what happened - and if we are safe - but all I got were vague and/or insensitive responses to pacify me until we checked out. We barely slept after this happened and left the next day. A later email I received notified me that the only possible way for this to occur was that the deadbolts of the door were temporarily stuck open. A mechanical issue is, I feel, improbable. For that mechanical issue to happen - and then for someone to try, at the same time, to get into my room and succeed, is impossible. And to be fair even if it was a mechanical issue, if that's the security standard Bob W use when buying and operating their doors, I'd rather not return.
