Location is very near to Station and Shopping street. Room is good for 2 people but with kid also can adjust easily.

Easy check in, communication, well located. Everything you need was provided.

The hotel was located in the city center, not too far from the train station. Our room also included a washing machine.

The check in process was very difficult and unclear. We had a lot of struggles during check in, and support was very unhelpful. When we called for assistance, they even hung up on us. Later during our stay, the rubber lining on the shower glass leaked, causing water to spill onto the floor and create a giant puddle. We reported the issue to support several times, and they said they would send a maintenance person, but no one ever arrived. Instead, we were instructed to simply place towels along the shower glass. This was a primitive and ineffective solution compared to just sending maintenance to fix the issue. Lastly the elavator was not working during our stay which meant we had to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Overall, we faced many challenges during our stay at this hotel.
