I can’t fault anything about my stay at Thon Hotel Opera. The hotel was very clean, the location was extremely convenient, and the breakfast was of excellent quality with plenty of choices. The staff were friendly and professional throughout my stay. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Most convenient hotel location within Oslo, next to train station to and from Airport and to other cities, taxi stand, city buses, trams and subway, Opera House….

I've not checked out of the hotel but it's peeved me so much I have to comment. Honestly situated in a good location just next to the Oslo Station. BUT, I've never had a hotel which I've paid so much not have an in house telephone to contact reception. I had to go down to the reception to request for it and they plain forgot about my request - then I had to go down again and the manager passed me the pillows for me to carry up! Secondly - the coffee I had in the room wasn't even washed! What kind of hotel is this?? Unbelievable.

No Gym as promised due to remodeling. You failed to disclose it prior to booking. Did not clean the room for 3 days. No room service for 3 days because of the strike. No toiletries provided. I feel paid $** mor per room per night.. pease refund $** total for 3 nights.
