    The grounds and hotel were spectacular! We really appreciated being close to the subway. If I had to find something that could be improved, it would be the addition of a pool. They certainly have the space for it.

    I would stay here again but found the clunky sliding bathroom door to be a bit annoying. And some guests were inconsiderate, shouting in the corridors - the noise insulation is not great. It is close to the metro and has a very good supermarket (Pewex) nearby as well as some really nice local restaurants.

    We explicitly booked a "Classic Room with a Garden View" on Agoda because the view was the primary reason for our stay. Upon arrival, the hotel staff informed me that they do not offer any garden views with the Classic Room category. They refused to provide the view I paid for. Besides, for a 3-night stay, the hotel has provided only one single bottle of water. When we asked for standard daily drinking water, the staff demanded extra payment and the staff’s attitude was impolite.
