Heel vriendelijk onthaal. Host spreekt behoorlijk Engels, zodat taal geen barrière vormde. Gebouw ligt buiten het toeristische circuit, maar met metrostation Baldo degli Ubaldi op lijn A vlakbij, vormt dat geen probleem. Veilige buurt. Doordat het woonblok even van de straat af staat, was er weinig of geen hinder van straatlawaai. We hadden kamer 'Argento'. De kamer was kraaknet en helder, het bed echt wel king-size. Perfect werkende air-conditioning. De badkamer, inzonderheid het toilet, vertoonde tekenen van (vroegere) technische mankementen, maar was wel netjes. Douchecabine nogal eng. Ontbijt wordt op de kamer gebracht.

Localização perfeita, próximo ao metrô. A anfitriã é extremamente gentil e atenciosa.
Por mais que fosse limpado tinha um cheiro de esgoto no banheiro. O lugar fica numa rua extremamente movimentada e não tem isolamento acústico. E um apartamento que foi transformado em 3 suítes onde você escuta o vizinho respirar. Ao contrário do que está descrito, estacionar é impossível. Se for de carro prepare-se para estacionar longe e andar bastante com sua mala pela rua. Café da manhã não vale a pena e não deveria ser chamado de café da manhã. E oferecido um croissant (péssima qualidade) uma café (péssima qualidade) é uma torrada com geleia. Não sei se ficaria aqui novamente.
