Well equipped for a quick stop

Simple yet with everything one needed for a quick stop and go. Hot water, bathroom is clean and furniture are all in perfect condition. Assisi can be quite cold, especially with strong winds, the home is equiped with good heater. The owner was very gentle and helpful on our needs, we came late for check in because of many accidents on the train lines. Recommend!

The window is the bathroom have some pins broken and can not be closed, the is a rope, and I tied in on wc water tank is order to make it stay close. It's a waste of energy from Heather and not pleasant during shower. The bed or the thick pillow maybe the combo of two was bad, bc I usually like thin pillow while my wife prefer thick one, well both of us have slept, but neither of us wake up rested. Well this is me maybe for other this may not be a issue. There were many door closed with tapes and private written on. We didn't open it but some people may dislike it

È proprio una "Casina", piccola, accogliente, pulita, non manca nulla. Ottima la posizione centrale, ma tranquilla e silenziosa. Erika è davvero cordiale e disponibile. Consiglio vivamente se volete trascorrere qualche giorno immersi nella splendida Assisi

Camera indipendente, ottimo rifugio in Assisi.

Camera ampia, con ingresso indipendente, arredata in modo semplice con gusto e cura. Situata in strada caratteristica, in posizione alta ma centrale e facile da raggiungere a piedi. Presenza di bollitore e tè/caffè per una eventuale prima colazione autonoma. Proprietaria gentilissima. Bagno un po' piccolo ma completo. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliato.

Vinimos a Peregrinación y nos gustó todo: la ubicación perfecta para todos los lugares Santos. Erika la niña que nos recibió, muy amable y atenta a cualquier inquietud. Lugar amplio, limpio y teníamos acceso a tostadas, mermelada, café, agua, aromáticas. El lugar no incluye desayuno, pero ésto es un plus. Las fotos son reales del lugar.

Una pausa di relax in un uogo magico

La posizione era molto facile da trovare, in un posto tranquillo, ma al tempo stesso a due passi dal centro. La proprietaria mi aspettava sul posto anche se sono arrivata in anticipo rispetto all'orario che le avevo indicato ed è stata molto gentile e disponibile. L'alloggio era perfettamente pulito ed il letto molto comodo.

La disponibilità della proprietaria Erika ha soddisfatto ogni mia aspettativa, gentile e sempre reperibile, pronta anche ad aiutarmi con i mezzi pubblici. Pulizia top, posizione favolosa e facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi (vicini alla casa)

Sur le plan hébergement une vraie galère.

Pas grand chose

D’abord le logement est à 500m du parking et la logeuse nous a dit qu’il était interdit aux touristes d’entrer dans la ville sans autorisation ce qui est faux. Je me suis donc fait 2 fois le trajet avec des valises lourdes et pour partir j’ai amené ma voiture à 50 m du logement sans problème. Mais cela n’est rien à côté de la nuisance sonore provoquée par un chauffe eau qui est dans l’entrée sans séparation sonore avec le studio. Je n’exagère pas… toutes les 10 minutes il se met en route genre moteur de frigo avec un bruit de sirène. En journée c’est gênant mais supportable mais pendant 3 nuits nous avons été réveillé toutes les 10 minutes. Maintenant vous savez et pourrez choisir en toute complaisance de cause.
