Wonderful.

Mazzini met us and guided us to a parking lot and then helped us carry our luggage to the apartment. He had already stocked the kitchen with cereal and milk and cookies and yogurt ….. When we were ready to leave he again came to the apartment and helped us with the luggage. We could not had a nicer, kinder host!

Accoglienza e disponibilità del proprietario. Posizione centralissima, a piedi raggiungi tutto in pochi minuti e sei immerso nella Assisità. Comodo al parcheggio. Pulito, asciutto e caldo. Cucina dotata del neccessario ed anche oltre (caffè, thè,tisane a nostra disposizione oltre alla colazione inclusa). Letti molto confortevoli. Biancheria profumata. Kit cortesia nel bagno. Colazione all'italiana e completa di caffè, thè, tisane, latte vaccino, di soia, di mandorle. Yogurt. Succo di frutta. Burro e marmellata, fette biscottate, brioches e biscotti.

Der Gastgeber Massimo ist ein toller Mensch, sehr sympathisch, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Seine nette Art ist unbeschreiblich und wie er sich um das Wohlbefinden seiner Gäste bemüht. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht und dankbar. Il padrone di casa Massimo è una grande persona, molto simpatico, cordiale e disponibile. La sua gentilezza è indescrivibile e il modo in cui si impegna per il benessere dei suoi ospiti.

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt mit einem großzügigen Zimmer, gutem Frühstück und einem sehr herzlichen Gastgeber.

Das Zimmer bei Massimo war sehr schön. Geräumig, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es herrschte eine ruhige und angenehme Atmosphäre, perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem Tag in Assisi. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber vollkommen ausreichend, mit Cornflakes, Joghurt, Toast und warmen Getränken. Massimo selbst war ein wunderbarer Gastgeber: freundlich, aufmerksam und immer erreichbar für Fragen oder Wünsche. Die Kommunikation war trotz Sprachbarriere unkompliziert und herzlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

Il proprietario dell'appartamento Massimo è molto gentile. Ci ha accolti al parcheggio, ci ha aiutati a portare le nostre cose, ci ha raccontato tutto, è stato gentile e cordiale. In camera c'erano succhi di frutta freddi, acqua, latte, tè, caffè, cereali, biscotti, croissant - tutto il necessario per la colazione. Pulito, appartamento molto vicino al centro, proprio accanto a Piazza del Comune, ma comunque in un cortile, non rumoroso. Ci è piaciuto molto tutto!

De locatie is super. Het appartement is schoon en gezellig. Mario is erg behulpzaam. We hebben heerlijk gegeten in het restaurant waar hij werkt. De tip voor een ander restaurant was ook goed.

Gentilezza, cordialità, attenzione anche per i particolari minimi ma che si notano. Che dire? L'abbiamo sentito come un amico oltre che come bravo professionista. Ci ha accompagnato con discrezione e sensibilità fin da prima del nostro arrivo. Un grande grazie a Massimo; ci rivedremo.....

Tolle Lage, außergewöhnliche Unterkunft, gut für ein Pärchen mit Kleinkind/Baby, tolle Ausstattung der Küche! Mit dem Vermieter Massimo hat man den bemühtesten Vermieter und quasi eine Versicherung für alle Notfälle (Bei uns war es die Suche, Begleitung und Übersetzung beim Kinderarzt)!
