Locazione interna molto datata lasciata andare, senza aria condizionata e un ventilatore solo, con trave in legno come doga, cucina con piani elettrici vecchi, mura sporche in tutta la casa, pulizia bassa

Le site de l'appart-hotel est très appréciable parce que au coeur de ce qu'il est nécessaire de visiter et dans une rue typique du lieu. Toutes les églises sont proches. La basilique de Saint François est un peu plus loin. Cepdt tout se fait bien à pied. Le parking Matteoti nous a été recommandé. Je conseille celui de MOJANO non représenté sur le plan que j'avais de l'OT. (avec bagages lourds il a un ascenseur). Un micro onde manque. Le propriétaire répond très vite et de façon adaptée sur whatsapp.
Manque de vaisselle. Un peu plus de vaisselle aurait permis à nos enfants de passage de boire chacun dans un verre. Appart pour deux! Attention il convient de bien monter les marches pour quelqu'un qui a du mal. Il y en a une petite quantité! Pour nous ce ne fut pas un souci. plus de 70 ans!

Lokalizacja. Uczynny i pomocny gospodarz. Kuchnia w pokoju (w naszym przypadku kuchnia była ukryta w szafie znajdującej się w pokoju).
Brak klimatyzacji. Pomimo wiatraków w pokoju było niestety bardzo duszno. W kabinie prysznicowej liczne ogniska grzyba na fugach między płytkami. W pokoju jest cały czas półmrok (2 małe okienka, jedno bez możliwości otwarcia, drugie z trudnym dostępem).
