Keepers cottage

Lovely cottage, very spacious, nice and clean and in beautiful surroundings.

There was nothing not to like. The dish washer wasn't working but we did not notice til near the end of our stay,and staff attempted to fix it immediately.

We loved it and will go back for sure!

We absolutely loved this cottage and the grounds. We stayed for almost a week and we would have stayed longer if not already booked by someone else. It is spacious with everything you need, the estate is absolutely gorgeous if you like nature, just don’t expect many shops around as this is a very quiet area with Tay forest on its doorstep. We did lots of hiking and throughly enjoyed our stay.

Nothing negative against the owners of the cottage/estate. But some of the guests with dogs would let them run around making a mess and not pick up their dog’s mess which I found completely disrespectful given how beautiful and well maintained everything on Kinnaird Estate is.

Loved everything about Keepers Cottage. It was clean, tidy, spacious, homely and quiet! Wished we could stay longer...

Only one gripe and that was the electric shower a little hit n miss with the temperature but that could have been user error!

We felt at home as soon as we unpacked it was so chilled and plenty nice walks to go with the dogs. I would definitely use Keepers Cottage again.

Amazing. Clean and spacious in a beautiful location.

Immaculate! In this COVID world, the cleaning was completely thorough; I felt very safe and secure. Much larger than expected - really spacious rooms with en-suite in each bedroom. Fantastic location with great access to the heather moorland, River Tay and various locks on the estate. Very few people about, but not too far from tourist towns/villages if preferred. Everyone we met who worked on the estate was helpful and welcoming. Absolutely loved it, just wish we could have stayed longer. We look forward to returning in the future.

This could be a positive or negative depending on your point of view... although there is free WiFi, it wasn’t reliable. 4G also limited in the area. Emails and messages pinged through a few times a day, but browsing social media and the web was problematic. Personally, I loved this, but my daughter and husband, not so much. (Note, there was a significant storm on one night during our stay which could have affected access, so this might have been an unusual situation.)
