In de serre kon een wat muf luchtje hangen.

Everything. The most relaxing time we've ever had in a holiday home. The house was cosy welcoming clean and packed with everything you can think of. We only used the lounge once during our stay as we just loved the sun room at the rear of the house overlooking the beautiful garden. We slept like babies in the comfy bed and we dont think weve stayed anywhere that had better towels, so thick & fluffy. Great shower although small it had instant hot water and great water pressure. Best of all there was a place for your shower gels and shampoo, which is rare in a holiday let! The street is just around the corner from the main street and 5 minute walk brings you to the train station. We had a perfect stay and cant wait to take a repeat stay in Carrick House.

We only booked for 6 nights. We could have stayed another week!

it was like a Tardis, didn’t look so big from photos or outside but loads of room inside, great space, and had everything we needed and more. Dog friendly house with great enclosed garden. Location was great for local walks and nature reserves, and walks straight from our doorstep. Beds and pillows very comfy . we spent more time in conservatory so enjoyed not using the TV except for a couple of evenings. we can’t wait to visit again as everyone so friendly too
