Although it's a walk from town the location gives excellent views of the river and the distant country side. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms are basic but have everything you need. Nice not to have a TV on 😉
Although there is a kettle and fridge it was a shame there wasn't a small supply of coffee and milk especially as we arrived very late in the evening.

The sound of the river ambience was louder than the sound of city or dogs. Good value for money.

The hotel is a bit of a hike out of the centre (about 20 mins) but it's quite a pleasant walk. It's also very clean. The owners were also very nice and even looked after my bag when it was dropped off by the airport
I was hoping for a place to look at the river at night but my room was at street level facing the road so it wasn't really an option. Noise also carried from other rooms
