The owner was super friendly, kind and outgoing. A true georgian experience. The terrace outside was a nice touch, a wonderful view of the city.

Nino was the sweetest and kindest host. On arrival we shared a glass of homemade wine together with her daughter and chatted for a bit. They taught be some Georgian words and practiced them with me every day. The breakfast in the morning was very delicious with lots of Georgian foods including homemade sauces and jams by Nino. Great location slightly uphill, which makes for spectacular views from the terrace.
The walls are quite thin, so when other guests are they and are moving around to use the shared bathroom, you will hear them.

Very clean, super friendly hosts, large room and a nice breakfast spread.
Not really a very negative, but the coffee in the morning wasn't so good, but that's only my taste (I've been told I'm too picky), also it was a bit cold during the night as the single duvet kept falling off. A big duvet would be good, but it's a small point. The place is very good and worth a stay for sure, I'd stay again without hesitation.
