Confortable,clean but check with owner for exact floor before booking

Clean, modern and with provided parking space.

I was placed at the parter floor. I specifically looked for a room with a terrace, but were rather placed at the ground level. The “terrace” was just a space on the street surrounded by a very thing strip of vegetation. This gave me scary vibes as everyone on the street were walking basically right next to me. Next time please mention that this is not a “terrace”.

Great place to stay at when visiting Giroc/Timisoara! The host was very accommodating, we asked for early and late check in and they were very understanding and helped us each time!

Good value for money apartment while travelling

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the property offered a parking included in the price

The bath tub did not have a curtain or any kind of protection agains the water coming out of it when taking a shower.

The location and the room were sparkling clean. Big beds, good mattress, smart TV, all brand new. Love the beautiful terrace with greenery. Location is in a quit area. The contact person Marius is very helpful and friendly. It was a great experience, perfect place to stay when in Timisoara. Thank you I will come back again!

Everything. Since I've arrived at the premise, the owner waited for me, showed me the apartment and told me that if I need anything I could call him anytime. The apartment was everything you could want, everything was new and clean. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Za porodični odmor - fantastično.

Preljubazna komunikacija, cela zgrada je nova u novom bloku, stan dosta veći nego što sam očekivala, za decu idealno, podno grejanje je fantastično, veliko kupatilo sa kadom. Sve što nam je treabalo smo imali, kuhinja kompletno opremljena, kauč se razvlači i dobija se još jedan veliki ležaj.

Nova ulica, trenutno neasfaltirana, ali prilaz oko zgrade i parking bez mane. Kolima nikakav problem.

Apartamentele sunt curate și dotate cu tot ce ai nevoie pentru un sejur mai lung, de la uscător de păr, bucătărie utilată, mașină de spălat, uscător de rufe, fier de călcat, masă de călcat și lista continuă. Zona este liniștită și aproape (cu mașina) de orice zonă a orașului. De asemenea, există loc de parcare pentru fiecare. Noi vom reveni cu drag ori de câte ori vom avea drum la Timișoara. Mulțumim pentru tot!

O cazare optimă

Zonă liniștită. Personal drăguț. Curățenia ( un lucru ce a devenit un lux, nu o normalitate) corespunzătoare, în sfârșit cum trebuie să fie. Cearceafuri, prosoape curate, fără "cadouri" pe ele. Am mai fost și voi mai reveni în această locație.

Lipsa unui prosop de bucătărie, din textil sau de unică folosință. Un lucru ușor de remediat.

15tak min voznje od aqua parka, 10tak minuta od centra. Prostran jednosoban stan sa lepom terasom i privatnim parkingom. Sve pohvale i za check in/out i komunikaciju sa vlasnikom.

Ima samo jedna šolja za kafu i nema sapuna za pranje ruku.

Przyjemne, czyste, minimalistyczne mieszkanie. Spokojna okolica, bardzo dobrze się tu spało. Nic nam nie brakowało, bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem i wszystkie wskazówki jasne. Mieszkanie idealne by odpocząć w trasie. Polecamy!

Curățenie impecabilă, liniște, aer condiționat eficient și o persoană de contact foarte amabilă – totul a fost perfect!

Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută la această unitate de cazare. Totul a fost curat și bine întreținut, ceea ce ne-a făcut să mă simtim confortabil încă de la început. Liniștea din zonă a fost un mare plus, ideală pentru odihnă. Aerul condiționat a funcționat perfect, ceea ce a fost foarte important în zilele călduroase. De asemenea, persoana de contact a fost foarte amabilă și de ajutor pe tot parcursul sejurului. Recomand cu încredere!
