How to survive the winter in the room.
Everything is meticulous, neat and clean.
Poor heating. An air conditioner is installed above one of the 3 beds and a heater next to it that barely works. The room is cold, so is the bathroom. Only the one who lies on that bed is warm.

8/10 one of the better hotels and quiet
The rooms hold everything you need. Would have loved a fridge in the room for cold water. The facilities were great, the balcony view was so pretty. A solid place to stay. French provincial esthetic.
No vending machines or mini bar. Unsure about the breakfast option. Maybe a brochure in english would have been helpful. Pillows were really flat so maybe 2 pillows either side of the bed and a quilt that is larger than the bed example bed is queen and it appeared to have a double doona.

I liked the hotel overall. There were some minor things here and there that can be improved, but they are nothing serious. I liked that we were greeted with a warm room.
Room needs a little refreshing. The floors need replacing, they look a bit worn out.

Disappointing
I specially booked and ordered a room WITH BALCONY and guess what - I got a room with no balcony. The staff wouldn’t even answer my calls. Very unprofessional.
