Wonderful stay, would not change a thing!

Such a beautiful accomodation! Perfectly located close to the center, but you won't hear any outside noise. The hotel is so stylish, very 'instagrammable' and the staff is very kind as well. Everything was clean and perfectly set up and the breakfast was lovely as well. Very good pricing. If we ever come to Romania again, we would definitely visit again!

Comfort, Cleanliness, and Convenience All in One!

We had a great stay at the hotel! The beds were super comfortable, and both the rooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of options. There's plenty of spacious, secure parking with cameras for added peace of mind. The Wi-Fi is fast, and the entire hotel feels new, modern, and very well maintained.

Location was not so interesting so we used Bolt/Uber to go to the city center. Usually we like to walk.

Take a double room

Top hotel. Parking in front of the hotel (on the street but great nevertheless), clean rooms, exceptionally kind and nice receptionists. Breakfast was great. Really a place worth staying.

80cm wide single bed. It was difficult to sleep on the bed.

It is a good choice for transit. Clean, modern, private parking, not too far from center if you use uber.

We only stayed for 1 night, and it was alright. It is new, has private parking, elevator, and they invested in some smart controls such as light and curtains. The room was a bit small, but the mattress and bedding was very comfortable and we had a good night sleep. The design is modern. Liked that there was a coffee maker, and a well stocked minibar. There was some variety at the breakfast buffet compared to other 4star hotels. The coffee at breakfast was great.

We are people persons, and we felt that the staff was very conservative. Did not feel any connection or friendliness, except for a lady at the breakfast area and a joke and a smile from the cleaning lady. We like to connect with people when visiting places, but it was not the case here. The breakfast was alright, had some extra choices, but could easily be improved by providing warm french toast and not cold one, for the glasses to be more visible (they felt camouflaged 😁🫣). There is no phone signal at breakfast area and missed an important call. The amount paid for the breakfast did not feel worth it. We found some left peanuts on the carpet in the room.

Location not appropriate for tourism - 40 min walking distance to center/15 min by car. We couldnt figure out the AC. Single beds rather narrow.

Un hotel excelent. Foarte frumos amenajat, totul este facut cu gust arhitectural si cu design excelent. Camerele frumoase si comode, ai tot ce îți trebuie. Micul dejun foarte bun, variat si gustos. Unul dintre cele mai bune hotele din țară. Recomand cu încredere. Abia așteptăm să revenim.

Totul a fost excelent. Hotelul nou, foarte frumos amenajat și dotat. Mobilier și amenajări de calitate. Curățenie, mic dejun foarte bun, parcare în curte, stație de încărcare EV (contra cost). Personal foarte amabil.

Distanta destul de mare fata de centru pentru mers pe jos, dar compensează cu plusurile de mai sus.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, große Auswahl und lecker Kaffee. Auch das Zimmer und die Lobby sehr angenehm. Das Personal sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit.

Dieses Hotel kann man weiterempfehlen und ich komme gerne wieder zurück, wenn ich in Timisoara bin.

Frühstück ist umfangreich und sehr gut. Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist für mich ideal, da ich geschäftlich unterwegs bin, und das Hotel auch in den Stoßzeiten leicht erreichbar ist.

WLAN im Hotel ist leider nicht besonders stabil, Videocalls brechen des öfteren einfach ab und es ist hier besser auf das mobile Internet zu vertrauen.

Ne-a plăcut faptul că am fost întâmpinați cu mult drag de domnișoara recepționista, Andreea. Se vede că îi place ceea ce face și o face cu mult drag și simpatie pentru clienți. Merită o mărire de salariu, cu siguranță ! Suntem a treia oară aici și întotdeauna s-a comportat exemplar. Pe deasupra, femeia de la curățenie (brunetă cu ochii albaștri) face o treabă extraordinară, e ft. curat și în cel mai mic colțișor al camerei. Trebuie și ea răsplătită pe măsură. Așadar, de data aceasta, recenzia este pentru oamenii excepționali din echipa Branco Hotel. Să rămâneți tot așa! Vom reveni neapărat tot la voi. P.S. Mic dejun pe îndestulate și pe gustul fiecaruia.
